Our mission
At Ascendance we are building tomorrow’s hybrid-electric aviation with ATEA, a unique Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) aircraft powered by STERNA, our in-house hybrid-electric propulsion system. Your role
In order to accompany the development, Ascendance Flight Technologies and our CFO are looking for a motivated, autonomous, pragmatic, rigorous and curious person to actively contribute to the structuring of the Finance function and the implementation of its tools and processes.
Your objectives
We will offer you the opportunity to become a key player in the company in the following areas:
- Financial performance management: drawing up the forecast (budget, forecast), closing operations and monthly reporting
- Implementation of project control including end-of-business forecasts, monitoring dashboards
- The construction of analysis and reporting tools (BI type) defined according to the needs of the various teams (management, operational) and their optimisation
- and of course, any other request inherent to the changing and evolving context of a start-up.
Your profile

If, in addition to your interest in working in a start-up company in full development and to join the project and the values of Ascendance Flight Technologies
- you have a business school education or equivalent
- You have a solid foundation in management control and accounting
- You have an interest in information systems, query tools and data analysis
- You are familiar with Microsoft and Google suites
- You are a recent graduate and have some experience in controlling
- and you have an advanced level of English
