Our mission
At Ascendance we are building tomorrow’s hybrid-electric aviation with ATEA, a unique Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) aircraft powered by STERNA, our in-house hybrid-electric propulsion system. We focus our efforts in designing an innovative, safe, silent, clean and affordable aircraft that will be able to blend into existing infrastructures and regulations to ease its deployment and maximise social acceptance.

Your role
You will join the Ascendance Talent team (we are 2 so far!).
We are creating a brand new job at AFT : the HRBP.
As a HRBP in a growing company, you will have to manage different missions such as developing ascenders careers, be the point of contact of a Business Unit but also manage the recruitment plan from A to Z and help to hire the best talents.
Your objectives
Your main responsibilities will be :
- Develop your perimeter (careers, HR Admin, onboarding…)
- Accompany managers in the understanding of HR topics and the development of their teams.
- Recruit the best talents to develop a sustainable aviation
- Set up the company training plan
- Lead HR side projects

Your profile
The job has been made for you if : 🛠
- You have +8 years of experience in HR : HRBP or Administration/Talent Acquisition (startup environment is a plus)
- You are well-organized and able to prioritize
- You want to work in an international environment
- You have a good team spirit
- You speak English.
