At Ascendance we are building tomorrow’s hybrid-electric aviation with ATEA, a unique Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) aircraft powered by STERNA, our in-house hybrid propulsion system. You will have a major role in the growing team as being the lead expert in charge of the aerodynamic studies of Ascendance’ VTOL aircraft. This includes specific studies on the coupling between thrust and lift functions in all phases of the flight with a particular focus on the transition phase. Knowledge of rotary wings is also expected as well as a certain expertise in rotor acoustics. You could also be involved in flight loads, flight control and stability studies.
