Get to know the people behind Ascendance Flight Technologies 🦸 with Marc-Antoine, Lead integration engineer! 🚀
It’s been 2 years now that I’ve been working at Ascendance, a company that conveys the values of engagement and audacity in the aeronautic industry. I work with an extraordinary, steadfast and talented team. Pace is fast, as in any project on its way for take-off, but it is sublimated by the high-standard work, the fulfilling exchanges and the innovative activity in the team.
As Lead integration engineer, I am interfacing with all the systems comprising #Atea – our flagship aircraft powered by our unique hybrid propulsion system. There are a lot of complexe, pioneering topics to deal with which is only making our daily work more passionating.
Ascendance is making me look far ahead on the future of aerial mobility but I also like to look back and see the evolution in maturity of the company between my first days – working on the very first prototype – and today!
Finally, I am still pleasantly discovering La Région Occitanie / Pyrénées-Méditerranée where the company is now located. The wide-open spaces and the quality of life are amazing. Hiking in the mountains – either the Pyrénées or the Massif-Central – a couple miles away is one of my favorite activity!
Advanced Air Mobility – Clean Aviation
How ATEA, our hybrid VTOL, will be used?
Atea is an innovative aircraft meant to reduce the carbon footprint of the helicopter market and provide a sustainable and practical answer to link some destinations that are still hard to reach today. But how do we plan to do that?
